Pros
Very slick and efficient system in place to log in and receive work and also to communicate with the office. Office staff are great - very professional and very fair, which is refreshing. Payments rates are also very good and the process of getting paid has been seamless in the 6 months I have been working for the company.
Cons
Only travel really but it is personal choice on the areas you choose to work. And the office are good at reducing your travel time wherever and whenever possible.
