Micro Management is how the organization runs - typical "trust no one we hire" None of the leaders are true sales people - of your going into sales your are dead here 90% of clients for Hays will never get approved to do business with AR team are like debt collectors - will harass clients to pay like they owe child support...hence why most clients are not repeat customers
