Pros

Paid time off, everyone is very friendly and ready to help

Cons

Management has unrealistic expectations and this role is very challenging mentally. Management encourages people to spend their free time recruiting to reach lofty goals. Open concept office is very distracting. Upper management has a habit of playing favorites. Commission structure leaves lots to be desired for the amount of work you put into getting someone on contract. I was paid more to work retail than doing this. Over 75 cold calls a day on top of your other tasks is expected.

Pros

Pay, time off, somewhat flexible on Work from home.

Cons

Laid off a bunch of people, even closed an office… and then still had a “Presidents Club” trip to Aruba??? Read the room. Pay packages for nurses aren’t good, and recruiters aren’t good enough to sell it. Recruiters and account managers don’t get a long… unrealistic goals, and managers have 0 actual role, and do as their bosses say—pretty useless. 1 customer keeps the lights on.. and if that customer leaves, see ya later domestic side.
