I worked at Heineken for more than a year

    Pros

You get to meet international people every day. Nice events.

    Cons

There is not appreciation for interns and sexism. Interns get really low paid. There is no work-life balance. Snacks are horrible

I have been working at Heineken full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great dynamic and inspiring brands and people; The place for passion and development while having fun! Best leaders I vê seem

    Cons

Lack of maturity brings crazy agenda and commitment on the way forward. Work life balance and diversity are not priorities!

    I worked at Heineken full-time

    Pros

hr policies are employee friendly , respect for individuals as a fellow person , good relationships and conduct matter more over intellect .

    Cons

here things will happen when it happens and only sr. management backing is essential , good relationships and conduct matter more over intellect . process oriented political and bureaucratic, no point for technology enthusiasts to join this firm , more trust on vendors than internal employees.

    Advice to Management

reduce hierarchy, empower grass root intellect , requires cultural transformation
