Pros

The candy bowl, is which usually looks great until it is stress-ravaged when left unattended. The candy bowl alone is what attracted me to the company. Great refreshments which come in handy during such an unfavorable environment. Caring employees despite the lack of management’s ability to lead.

Cons

Management’s ability to lead, instead they find ways to evade trouble and blame those under them. Yes we have changed in the past months, but still the little clubs are here. If you are not out being a gopher or getting your nose brown...you wont last long. Work/life balance...3 to 4 hours in traffic a day, I could be more productive with that time. Mental health days are needed. Wish we had casual Fridays. Gossip is seen as gospel and throwing someone under the bus is the culture. Yes, we want the best working for us, but we had some great people who management put in impossible last minute situations and then *poof* they were lumped in with under-performers. The whole time management was underperforming and wanted you to save their hides. Management pretends to know what they are doing, but when your leadership says the customer is always right, they will use you to get what they want then drop you. If you write a review on here that they don’t like, we get shamed in a few ways and they send someone else to right a glowing review and not address the real issues of the culture.

Pros

I've been with the company for several years and have found it to be a great place to work. Over time, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to multiple contracts, allowing me to broaden my experience and explore different roles. The company actively supports professional development, including providing access to resources like LinkedIn Learning for continued education in areas of interest. One of the standout aspects of this organization is its supportive culture. Management is understanding and genuinely invested in employee well-being. The office environment is friendly, respectful, and collaborative. When contracts come to an end, the company makes a strong effort to transition employees to other available opportunities rather than resorting to layoffs — a testament to their commitment to their team. Post-COVID, the hybrid work model has been a welcomed change, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. This flexibility has greatly contributed to work-life balance. While the company is relatively small and upward mobility can be limited, consistent performance and self-advocacy are recognized and valued. Overall, it's a stable, respectful, and growth-focused workplace with no major red flags in my experience. Like any project-based environment, workloads can fluctuate, but the overall experience has been positive.

Cons

As noted above, the company’s smaller size can present challenges for upward mobility. Advancement typically occurs either by applying for a new role associated with a different contract or through internal progression when a senior team member transitions, creating an opportunity for promotion. However, due to the contract-based nature of the work, opportunities for advancement within a single role can be limited.
