We also value your honest input regarding compensation and the importance of feeling heard. Our leadership team- including our CEO, COO, CNO, and HR- has an open-door policy for staff to discuss concerns or bring new ideas. We always encourage our staff to bring concerns and ideas to the team! Pros

Best psychiatric hospital I’ve come across or know of in central Indiana. Teamwork, collaboration, a seamless care platform with HCS and communication between orders to the omnicell (med dispenser) dedication to the patient’s overall satisfaction. Improvements actually do occur after reviewing incidents and assessing risk. Benefits for full time=paid healthcare, life insurance provided. 401k match for full and part time.

Cons

They seem to skip out on giving a raise annually, unless you push for it as a reminder. Disparities in pay of those with the same years of experience (or lack thereof)
