      Remote work, access to interesting MS projects.

      Cons

      Consultancy company, originally based in China and Russia; they can praise you today and fire you tomorrow on a whim and then ignore your calls and cut your last salary, knowing very well you cannot sue. Very low salaries, about 1/4rth of market.

      Pros

      Solid company that pays the salaries on time without delay, they always try to help if you have a problem.

      Cons

      If working with Microsoft through Hi-tech, there is no raise in 3 years and they don't have a annual leave policy. you only will have 7-8 holidays in a whole year. if you decide to take a leave, you will be taking unpaid leaves.
