Pros
Few good engineers (most of them left post pandemic in 2021 2022). Work from home ( mostly cutting expenses on infrastructure)
Cons
Where to start from? Management is worst, no hike for last 2 years and no communication. They try to copy the ideas from the products they are providing service for ( and fail moserably) It's a 15 year old co.pany but not a single recognizable app. Clueless managers and Clueless TLs, they had a big project in 2020 21 with around 50 55 people, but dumb Manager and team leads drove that project to ground. They were trying to suck money out of the client but failed to deliver robustness. There seems to be a competition to weed out good engineers (as mentioned earlier). This used to be a good company but now is just a bad ruin.
