Pros
Nice looking office with friendly colleagues. Good renumeration bonus and salary, also other monetary benefits included. Focus on team activities and engagement, making the team tight-knit community. There are some late night meetings but able to start later the next day. Work life balance.
Cons
Unable to reach with public transport. Management is a mess, very unorganised. Slow paced, as usual with big corporates. Feels oppressed by management to voice out any issues. Wifi will break up. Diverse but not inclusive, stereotyping is common. Lift will break on occasions (4-6 floors to climb, still okay)
