So there are clear disconnects between the leadership team and those of us on the ground. Causing many to leave the company in recent months. The largest issues -Convoluted bonus system -No flat increase of salary (Even though the company has seen 30% growth in GB) -Line managers having to take time off with stress -Areas which will constantly be moved around, meaning you lose customers whom you have a strong relationship with and now have to start from square one -Issues with the wider business, specifically couriers and repairs -No space for progression -An obsession with growing the sales division even more, causing areas to be smaller and wages to remain diluted -Unobtainable targets Many more issues.
