The staff are always friendly, and the events can sometimes be exciting. Management is very understanding when it comes to availability and always try to accommodate. Event managers are always very friendly and care about their team.
Cons
-The decor and supplies are about as old as the building itself. They do a great job at hiding imperfections, but everything is falling apart. -The office staff take over events and step on the toes of the event management often causing confusion when workers are trying to do their job efficiently, and due to the disconnect between office staff and event staff, they often make poor choices and end up frustrating everyone causing even more issues. -If you're good at your job, don't expect a promotion. At it's heart it's almost a great job, and when the stress levels are low, everyone is great to work with, but this is a high intensity job so stress levels are, more often than not, quite high.
