Communication from leadership could be reactive and unprofessional at times, making it difficult to have productive discussions or resolve issues effectively. When mistakes or concerns were brought to management's attention, they were often dismissed rather than addressed.
I believe the company would benefit from stronger leadership accountability, more transparent HR processes, and a workplace culture that encourages open communication and fair treatment of employees.
They act as though they know everything, but when proven wrong, they simply brush the issue under the rug. The owner's son is highly reactive and frequently behaves in an unprofessional manner.
