      Fast growing company with potential

      Cons

      Communication and culture is non existent. Management is only concerned about results. Hard work is not rewarded. The hours are brutal. Work life balance is not a thing. I was outright told what an inconvenience it was a family member died.

      So many… run Bad play, bad advancement, nepotism, sleeping around, the leadership is so out of touch.
