1 and half hour lunch break, although sometimes you will have to work through it. A few business trips
Cons
Bonus not paid on time, awful Chinese management style who are incompetent to say the least. Lots of bullying for local hire, all communication in Chinese, non Chinese people do not last very long, high staff turnover. They make it clear you should not complain or voice your opinion ever.
