Pros
+ unlimited PTO (as long as they can "accommodate" your days off) + company-sponsored health insurance + pay is at or above market rate + remote
Cons
- certain members of leadership do not embody the company values they claim to have - it's a startup with the typical startup mindset (this may be a positive to some) - long days (9 hours) and mandatory working hours, little flexibility in that regard - it sometimes felt as though leadership strategy was lacking - multiple layoffs this year, so there's no promise of stability at this point - there's no dedicated HR person and the company is very small, so it often felt like there was no one confidential/trustworthy to speak to about issues - no diversity; almost everyone was white and there were no BIPOC
