Pros

Good benefits, flexible time off allowances (specifically for school events for your children if you have them). Expectations are constantly changing and increasing with no pay for more work to be done. Very little support to learn the product. Management out of touch with reality

Cons

No movement within company, and if there is, its a Boy's Club. Pay for the employees who are the heart of HD (customer service) is very low with everyone receiving a 1% increase annually. Expectations are constantly changing and increasing with no pay for more work to be done. Very little support to learn the product. Management out of touch with reality

Pros

There is so much talent with great knowledgeable professionals to work with, they offer great benefits, and bonuses.

Cons

Was bought out by a private equity whom are known to do massive layoffs. They completely changed the structure. New owners are a buy, lay off, overwork current employees with leftover work, maximize profit, then sell type of business approach.
