Pros
I've always felt supported by my team-mates and managers. Because you are dealing with all HD product lines the training is very comprehensive and you are encouraged to think outside of the box to solve problems. They want you to succeed!
Cons
Unfortunately , what they say about career growth here is true. Unless you want to move to a warehouse position there's not a lot of room for career expansion.
