Plenty of opportunity for growth if you work hard and show interest. Comparable salaries for the job role Good benefits. 401k, medical, dental, PTO, and Vacation dependant on years of service. Great people to work with. Good work-life balance for those things in life that come up.
Cons
Other than outsourcing the majority of IT recently, the primary con was the redirection/reorg of IT every 2-3 years. Change is good, but that isn't long enough for an organization to get fully established and start being proactive instead of reactive.
