Thank you as well for the feedback on bonuses and salary, it's important to us to know what employee and former employees think should be improved. We do have an annual salary review process, designed to ensure fair remuneration based on job performance and market standards. However, not every review results in an increase, as it depends on various factors that are defined for each review cycle. The same it is for the bonus, which is based on performance.
