Does not micromanage (based on my experience) Easy to file PTOs The most empathetic TLs I've known and experienced No delays when it comes to salary, sometimes it is even earlier that usual I have a lot of very nice things to say with this company! Lots of activities! Very approachable bosses and higher ups
Cons
No Annual Salary Increase, Pay is enough though, some people won't need it. That's it! (Or maybe I am just lucky with the campaign I am currently in)
