Pros

Minimal pros aside from legally required obligations.

Cons

IFCO is involved in multiple employment lawsuits. The company continues to retaliate and institute discriminatory practices with complete disregard for previous notifications, and judgements. If you are interested in interviewing with the company, Google them. More importantly, Google the U.S. leadership team.

Pros

They have a picnic table for breaks

Cons

Extreme Heat, moisture concern, health risk, safety issues, little to no training, poor communication and an overall lack of respect for the health and safety of the employees in lieu of the need for accelerated production numbers are among the few issues that will be seen in the facility in McDonough, Ga. The only reason there is such a high rating for this company is because it only lists the location in Tampa, Fl, which, I am sure, is much nicer than the ones located up north, in Tx and in Ga. The management team is allowed and, often times, seemingly encouraged to speak to the employees in any way necessary to achieve the production numbers that will yield profit. Rampant disregard for the safety and the security of the employees is not hard to see based on the lack of enforced safety protocols and the total absence of security in spite of the numerous altercations that have occurred on the premises. My personal experience with the company was riddled with verbal altercations and indignation for the need to properly manage time and resources to improve the machine reliability without sacrificing the safety concerns of the employees for profit.
