Business outlook
Pros
Some of the best people work at Imax. This company gave me a lot of opportunity to take on tasks that challenged me. I miss everyone I worked with and felt more at home in this company than almost anywhere else I’ve worked. Company has its quirks but all companies do. Overall the people are mostly all good.. which is rare in today’s job market.
Cons
The pay is on lower side. Some disorganization but mostly due to it being a very large company but family owned.
