But the good thing about Instellars it credit your salary on the last day of month ie. gives you salary on time Management is good especially HR and payroll Manager

They don't have tie up with multiple clients. In case if you are release from project then they won't retain you. They will ask you to submit the resignation. They are mainly into Pega comparing to other technologies

Sometimes they behave good but swinging communication/decisions
