Pros
* Good work environment. * Competitive salary * Benefits (vacations, xmas bonus, grocery coupons) * Estacionamiento * BIG PLUS: Training. IO Connect supports it employees to improve their skills and get certified in different areas (AWS, GCP, MuleSoft, etc.) * Due to the company size, it has a flat organization, (but I wouldn't expect they keep it that way if they grow). * Interesting projects (not all of them, but the majority) * Flexibility to work from home from time to time
Cons
* The work place is not the best. Individual work areas are small. * People density (too many people in a single area). * Very hot in Summer season. * Too much noise around in the office. * You can feel it is still a start-up due to the lack of procedures in some areas. * Lack of new customers * Like any other company that is trying to save some money in taxes, they have a dual-payment schema (outsourcing). * Not too many options around to get food * Really small kitchen for the number of employees
