Pros
Iocod is one of the best companies I've ever worked for in my life. There's a great culture, everyone is really nice and accommodating, and they help you with anything that you need- even if they don't have to. They've given me so many opportunities to grow my skills and I'll never forget how much time and effort they took to teach me what i am today.
Cons
I didnt got the salary increment in first year.

Before 1-2 year they have good work environment and friendly atmosphere is there. That time company was more flexible
