Pros
None. Management took our incentives to work there that now one wants to use the free movie passes. We all go to other theaters to watch movies.
Cons
They took away the ability for bartenders to have access to liquor, beer, and wine. More than once it has taken 20 minutes waiting for management to retrieve the alcohol we have asked for. Which leaves customers unsatisfied, angry with you, and leaving. (Which….is very understandable) Management constantly threatens to demote workers if they don’t do what they’d like for them to. Management has taken away employee discounts and shift meals. They have also made it a rule that no one is allowed in the restaurant area in their day off without first receiving permission. Not to mention all of this does not apply to the select favorites of the managers. If you see they are hiring…just keep looking.
