'Every man for himself' attitude- There's not much teamwork. The place is falling apart, Too much pressure on staff, simple jobs are overcomplicated and made difficult by poor management and lack of resources Managers have very little respect for staff, no recognition of the effort that's put in, and are happy for the best employees to leave.
