Pros
• Everyone is so professional, on point, efficient, and pleasant to work with. • Can work remotely, at your own pace as long as you meet deadlines • Projects are very organized and easy to track • No work on weekends and holidays • The least stressful job and company I've worked for! • The pay is great and management REALLY does value you and the work you do. I LOVE this company and this job.
Cons
• It took a while to get hired and assigned a project • You get paid per item, not hourly (only listing this as a con because some might want hourly pay. But you get paid well per item, and unless you work very slow, it's worth the rate) • There are periods of time without any items assigned (aka no work) • Slow Payments! Invoices can only be submitted once a batch of work is approved, which can take months. Then you have to wait a month or two for them to mail the paycheck. It makes it hard to rely on when you'll get the payment and how much, so you definitely need another part-time job.
