Joining this company was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I've had, especially since it was my first job. At the outset, everything appeared promising—they offered an attractive salary and a seemingly supportive work environment. Unfortunately, that illusion quickly faded after the first month. The company sets unrealistic daily targets that are nearly impossible to meet due to persistent workflow issues across most subjects. These issues are well-known internally but are ignored when evaluating performance. When targets aren't met—through no fault of the employee—salary deductions begin. Despite putting in extensive hours, often working day and night, the final pay you take home is disheartening. Even worse, there is clear favoritism. Certain SMEs are given “special IDs” with smoother workflows, while others are left struggling with problematic ones, making it impossible to meet expectations. There is no consideration for employee well-being. Whether you are sick or facing personal issues, the only thing that matters to them is output. If you fail to meet revenue expectations for even a week, you're let go without a second thought. The lack of empathy and professionalism is alarming. I strongly advise against joining this organization. It’s a toxic environment that prioritizes numbers over people and offers little to no job security. Save your time, energy, and health for a place that values human effort and shows basic decency.
