Pros

The managers worked with new hires in the training process more than I've ever seen at any job. They wanted consistency and you to be accustom to their company. Employees thought they were too hard on them, but I thought it was a good thing. If you were still having a hard time after you were there for a while, they still helped you along. They always listened in on every employees' phone calls just to insure they were staying consistent and not having a hard time due to the field being so competitive. A long story short, consider yourself always being trained, no matter how long you've been there. You have to stay trainable, keep an open mind, and stay consistent with them.

Cons

They could be way to hard on you while on the phone, which was discouraging when that happened. The job can get way too competitive and you can start feeling down about yourself. Lastly, it is repetitive to the point you get very bored because you are reading the same script over and over again!

Pros

Consistent hours, fair compensation for the work, bonuses when you do extra well, extra hours available for hard working employees.

Cons

Repetitive work, can be discouraging at times when you just can't get anybody you call to tell you yes. If you do poorly for a few days in a row then the boss will send you home for the rest of the day and you miss out on your attendance bonus.
