Heavily discouraged to have any work-life balance. Your work should be your life. You get free accommodation as a part of the package and the accommodation they gave us initially had a mice infestation, we've now been moved to unheated caravans with damp and mold. The general manager is always having some kind of personal crisis that means she is unavailable and unwilling to help or address any issues you have. The kitchen staff are a blessing from God but the budget they're given limits them severely. We have one washing machine for 15-20 people to use. Managers continually make excuses and false promises and tell staff if they don't love the working environment they should just leave. It took a member of staff to receive countless sexual harassment and assault allegations over the course of 5 months before he got fired. Heavy smoking and drinking culture. Office staff have a severe disconnect from and lack of understanding of what the actual roles of the activities staff are and what we do.
