Company is thriving, InsurMark continues to grow consistently providing opportunities for growth, increases in income, excellent benefits, flexibility and time off. Leadership cares about employees and goes above and beyond to help out in times of need from when sick or simply needing a break to helping support families affected by natural disasters etc. Leadership is committed to employees well being. We are the only company that I know of that has a company chaplin. They pay for gym membership to keep up health and energy. Our work remote policy is amazing allowing for incredible flexibility as long as we perform and complete our tasks. We are remote 4 days a week and in office 1 day per week. We have an incredible amount of tenure with many employees over 10yrs with the firm. In fact we have more employees over 5yrs of tenure than we do with less than 10yrs which speaks to the happiness of our team. InsurMark continuously provides a safe place to speak up. All feedback is listened to. They may not always implement every idea, but all feedback is heard and we feel valued as a part of an ever growing company. We have multiple employees that have left for other offers than have since come back because our team culture and opportunities.

The work is challenging and may not be fore everyone that is looking to collect a salary. If you are not team oriented, self motivated, and driven to succeed you may want to look for a job somewhere else. InsurMark offers a career path, not a job.
