Pros

Was the people. Unfortunately, there are no longer any notable positives to mention. What once appeared to be a thriving and promising organization has taken a steep decline within a short period.

Cons

The new Management, who lacks the necessary understanding of how to lead an engineering team and manage projects effectively and disrupted everything that was good of a good idea of company. Leadership’s communication has become infrequent and inconsistent, leaving employees in the dark. In addition, the company has begun laying off staff in small waves, creating constant anxiety among employees. The new direction and priorities are starkly different, creating a tense work environment where morale has plummeted. After years of commitment to the company, many employees are being let go with minimal severance, leaving them struggling to make ends meet. The lack of warning and support has left former staff in precarious situations, with little time to secure new roles. What was once seen as a career with growth potential now feels like a dead end. As more talented employees are let go or leave on their own, the company’s long-term viability looks bleak. If this trend continues, it seems likely that Intellisense will suffer irreparable damage in the coming year or two. While these leadership changes might temporarily appeal to investors, the impact on the company’s future looks increasingly dire.

Pros

Still some decent people that work here. Normal benefits and PTO.

Cons

Rigid about PTO and zero WFM. Bad communication from higher-ups create a chaotic, high-stress work environement. There seems to only be a few employees who are heavily relied upon for most things. Employees no longer feel valued and morale is at an all-time low.
