Like any other startup, it was fast paced and had a lot going on at any one time. Could make for long hours and muddy directives. That got clearer as the company grew.

no clear vision, non cohesive environment, not very team friendly, difficult to grasp the ultimate goals for role/company, feedback and management of employees is not conducive to growth and success
