Pros
Some hard working people and some good ideas, but none of which will actually be implemented.
Cons
If you're looking to flex your creative muscles, this is not the place for you. If you can weasel your way into all their executive meetings, you will have job security. For everyone else who's hardworking and has any bit of empathy or integrity, you will suffer. You will constantly worry about your role in the company, you will become frustrated with their lack of "doing" as a digital company, and you will probably be far more qualified for the job than your upper management. Imagine how infuriating that is to have a boss that YOU have to teach.
