It is such a dynamic and creative space where you can see, directly the contributions you have made.

Because everyone is so busy, and in and out with clients, it is sometimes a bit challenging to track down what/who you need.

none that are worth anything

upper management does not want to hear about any issues or concerns you may have. they will pile workloads on you to "help" with the other positions they can't keep filled and will not compensate you accordingly. employee's that consistantly slack off are not held accountable for it, and you will end up doing even more work.
