I have been working at Interpro People full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-Lots of training and support from managers and everyone is always willing to help in the team. They're the most supportive bunch I've ever come across from day 1 they've been helpful and always wanting to see everyone do their best -Health and wellness program. really enjoy the extra day of volunteering as a team and giving back to the community -Not heavily KPI focussed, more quality and outcome driven environment -Ideas are genuinely listened to and encouraged from all levels of the business -Lots of recognition for hard work and contributing in other initiatives. Great rewards and perks. You really feel valued -Also dogs in the office? big YES

    Cons

Not really a con but would love opportunity to be able to travel to the other offices we have and see the Team in Melbourne and Brisbane. That'd be so much fun

    Cons

As the business is relatively small compared to other 'international recruiters', they don't have the level of support in their back office functions you would expect if you are coming from a larger recruitment company. However, there has been progress in improving this in the last few months.
