Pros

Good employee benefits compared to market, bonus/merit every year (inspite of company not doing well), friendly and supportive HR, employee friendly.

Cons

Constant changes in management & organisation, no clear vision/strategy, no stability, employees are always left in a confused state, no one takes ownership, and recently it has been a total Saudi take over.

Pros

IMPORTANT! - First of all, understand that there are TWO companies called "INTIGRAL"! One in the USA, one in Saudi Arabia. As you read the employee reviews, please discern which company the review may have been left for. I worked for the one in the USA which makes glass windows. 3 Ohio Plants: Walton Hills, Austintown and Twinsburg. Benefits were great. My experience in having to do a wide variety of different jobs there helped me to get my current job. I enjoyed working with almost everyone there and I appreciate what the company did for me but I'm so glad to be out of there.

Cons

I worked at the Walton Hills plant. My job quickly became something outside my training, education and what I was hired for. That really bothered me. Money was less than average for the industry. Mid-level and Upper Management changed often. "Micro-Management" was their way to get their results. Toxic. Production is 24/7. EVERYTHING operates with labor, maintenance, planning, and supplies at the BARE MINIMUM. Every time something happened that was not routine (which happened frequently), everyone had to scramble. Dirt, broken glass, old equipment, and loud machines were everywhere. Management thinks they are "empowering" their workers by letting them ask for whatever they need. They rarely get it. Every day, more and more responsibility is placed on everyone's shoulders but they get very little help, support or cooperation. Everyone is exhausted trying to fulfill their long list of responsibilities which tends to grow. Management constantly pushes, demands and yells. Everyone's attitude is to just get the job done so they can go home. There is very little positive incentive or encouragement to do a good job. If your life's goal is to work, especially if you like glass, it's a great place. Those people who spend long hours and weekends working there tend to do well. However, if you want a good balance between work and home, this is a bad place for you. Things are better at the smaller Austintown plant. The Twinsburg plant is nice and makes a great new product if only the bugs can be worked out.
