I worked at Intuit full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

$10k 401k match 2 yr vest. 15 days PTO + sick days. Yr 2 increases to 20 days. This is on top of federal holdiays. Also get bday off. Ability to cash out PTO. I hate companies who offer unlimited PTO. Good luck trying to take them! Espp could be better. 15% discount up to irs limit. 6mo look back. Not a 2 yr look back. They give annual rsu refreshers. $1k wellness benefit. Can spend on sports attire, maid service, apple watch. Free charging and subsidized meals. Free gym. Very reasonably priced health plans. Hsa ppo hmo kaiser. FSA dependent acct w $500 match! W all these benefits how can you not want to work there. They do have regular layoffs and I was it unfortunately. Ain't gona run into another company w a $10k match on 401k and who I can honest say care about their employees. As our parting gift they left us keep the company paid cell phone and laptop and any furniture due to covid.

    Cons

Not much, just everyone's been there forever. Most 10-20yrs. Internally they don't have good infrastructure for data. Very manual.
