Pros
The people. We try really hard to keep morale up, even if it means we stand around venting about all the problems - or who is the most recent person to have escaped!
Cons
Focused too much on money. We have at least 3 meetings a week to discuss sales, but management doesn't want to ensure that there is someone available to work on the projects that are sold, or that the projects are executed properly/on time/efficiently. They literally wave their hand and call the meeting done if someone brings up an active project instead of a sales opportunity. Because of that, client service people are working 60-80 hours a week cleaning up the mess made by operations - who cut costs by any means (even at the expense of quality and timeliness) because they have profit goals as well.
