I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great benefits, salary plus commission, minimum of $900 commission, people

    Cons

Have to close 3 loans or $500k in volume in a month to get any commission, Jamie Dimon is ultra liberal and flaunts it

    Advice to Management

Raise commission rates. It's only competitive up to 3-5 loans per month.

I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Your performance can be very much dictated by your branch location and the capabilities of the partners. - Good Benefits overall - If you're a natural salesperson, this could be a lucrative job. - If you have a good manager, that can help you grow quickly

    Cons

    - Working hours are very rigid. - If you're stuck in a bad-performing branch, your pay can very much be locked.
