▪︎Long hours ▪︎Faults promises ▪︎No perks all been taken away due to company greed. ▪︎below average wages ▪︎poor bonus structure ( can be manipulated by management by efficiency targets) ▪︎workshop equipment outdated or faulty ▪︎high targets no rewards or thanks ▪︎expected to stay after hours ▪︎managers are just jct600 yes men ▪︎No staff parking left on side of the road ▪︎spoken down to ▪︎Not had a full team in the workshop in years ▪︎employed temp tech don't come back after 2 weeks. Just shows what a great place it is . Ha
