Incredible staff. If you are looking to work with some of the most passionate, yet selfless coaches in the world, this is the place for you. If you want to continuously learn and be challenged to get better, this is also the place for you. Every aspect of the sport of tennis is covered in facility, and it makes for a very inspiring place to come to everyday. It is diffcult to find an academy or club in tennis that gives a high salary with benefits. JTCC does that and you feel rewarded and appreciated. The give back program is an insanely good and healthy idea for both coaches and players. I wish I had invested more time in it. The high performance program is so good, though, that it is sometimes hard to think about anything else.

2 things that were difficult for me were: The size of the place sometimes makes it challenging to stay organized and keep things smooth. There's so many moving parts that there can be friction. It takes a lot of awareness to stay on track and I sometimes didn't do right by my coworkers. It is a ton of hours on court. It's sometimes hard to maintain enthusiasm and energy for the last group of the day, let alone the Sunday practice every other week. But...the juice is worth the squeeze.
