The training was informative and in depth. Staff were mainly kind with me when I was stressed You did listen to me when I said that certain clients required extra care You were on call and available when I needed you 24/7
Cons
Lack of support Extra hours added without my consent Expectation to administer medication when legally we can only assist Lack of equipment to move people safely in their own homes Taking on complex clients and not giving the right training Not paying for a full days work. Only payed for time inside people's homes. Forms for each client added stress to the role
