The work culture and vibe here are top-notch, fostering a sense of collaboration that makes every day enjoyable. The team is highly cooperative, always willing to lend a hand or share insights, which creates a very supportive environment. The competency of the engineering and product teams is impressive—everyone is highly skilled and passionate about what they do, which elevates the quality of work across the board. Remote work is also a big plus, offering flexibility without compromising on productivity.

      Cons

      Being a smaller company, it’s expected that you’ll need to wear multiple hats and tackle a wide array of challenges, which can be both exciting and demanding. Additionally, due to the nature of remote work, there are fewer opportunities to get together with the entire team, which can sometimes limit face-to-face interactions.

Indeed working remotely has its pros and cons, as does being in a small dynamic team.       Warning don’t work for this company they are terrible especially when you tell them you have disabilities they are terrible they will pause your account until you get a signed accommodation letter from your doctor and when they get your accommodation letter they will wipe your entire account no matter if you had the highest pay rate they will start you from scratch all the way to the beginning and they will not give you your money for referrals when they are supposed to you will never get it and they consumer service is terrible and there’s no consistent work on this app and the costumer service is awful and ever since they switched over management this company has gone down hill and they don’t care about your feelings they only care about the clients thoughts and feelings and feedback and you can go all the way to a shift and not know where you’re going and some of the shifts require QR code to clock in and out and you have to track down the managers and if they are not there you are done I recommend don’t join this company!!
