I'm happy here

The people are really friendly and easy to talk to. Work feels rewarding, lots of flexibility and understanding of personal circumstances. Good pay and benefits
Cons
401k match could be improved, training can get messy since there are so many company shifts. There are definitely days where responsibilities feel too heavy. Upper management can be difficult to connect with

The Credo is a Worthless Piece of Paper
21 Mar 2023 - Sales DirectorRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The y have good benefits
Cons
JnJ is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. They claim to be about the people but they are far from it. They have the Credo which is supposed to guide them in everything they do, but they do not live up to it any way. They are all about the bottom line and do not care for their employees. The Credo is a worthless piece of paper. They fired off our entire division without a care in the world, all while the they kept funding projects and people that were completely unscrupulous. Avoid this company at all costs. The reason they have so many lawsuits against them is because they deserve it. Can't wait to be done with this company and am actively seeking a new job, since they treated the rest of our team so terribly.
