The supervisor was really nice. But in my opinion she don't know how to supervise. She rather try being your friend. Which is good in a way until you have a problem. Only 1 lead in that company was good. The rest horrible. Lazy, would walk off in middle of training you, attitudes, talk behind your back to other employees if you voice your opinion on the matters at hand. You will get no justification, I've seen a lead get a few good worker's fired because they voiced that there lead was not doing there job.
