Cons
The worst management I have ever experienced in my career. Bullying, aggressive, inappropriate and malicious behavior seems to be encouraged and when you’re an executive that seems to get you promoted to CTO. The HR department is laughable, the company hired lawyers instead of HR representatives. When you ask for help don’t expect any because as they do not help their employees. They train their executives you can fire someone simply because you don’t like them and their lawyers will find a justification. With the leadership they have currently the environment of Karma is toxic to say the least. There is no accountability and I hope you think before you commit to Karma because they won’t commit to you.
