Appalling treatment by manager at brimsdown office. Absolutely appalling behaviour nobody should tolerate that. I've been a manager of a multi million pound company for many years and have never spoken to or been spoken to anyone like that. This manager shouldnt be in work, I'd definitely give 0 stars if it were an option. Disorganised, a mess and being trained by someone who openly admits hating their job. Approaches most situations with aggression and continuously shouts at members of staff. Making them feel very anxious and stressed, and from my experience this NOT the right approach to bringing the best out of your staff. I have never witnessed this kind of managment in all my career spanning of over 15 years. Think twice about applying for a job at this company as they are negligent.
