Very strong bullying and harrsment culture. Focus on the problem and not the solution and always looking for someone to blame. Lack of training and support. One individual believes that all the training you need is half an hour whilst they are scoffing a yogurt. Senior management have each others back and will blame the people below them for their own failings. Employees have been pushed out the door and forced to leave through no fault of their own. This is due to extremely poor management and the bullying culture. Management are extremely rude and ignorant. Completely disfuctional and communication is almost non existent. Toilets are disgusting.
